We pride ourselves on delivering world-class instruction, our programs are very popular and fill up with wait lists. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or make up classes for missed classes and absences (planned or unplanned). We do our best to accommodate any special needs, however we cannot prorate your program based on the number of days the participant attends/misses. Programs are progressive and curriculum based, and as such, are intended for the participant to be present during all the days/hours of the specific program registered for.

• Requests for any changes to your registration (cancellations, refunds, program date adjustments, etc.) may be made until two (2) weeks prior to the program start date.
• Refunds are only available up to eight (8) weeks after your date of purchase.
• After eight (8) weeks, and until two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the program, a coupon for the value can be issued.
• Within two (2) weeks of the start date of the program, any fees paid will not be returned.
• Refunds can only be returned to the payment card by which they were paid.
• All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

This agreement releases Alien Intersport, Ltd. (aka Alien In-Line) from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during instruction/programming/event/s. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Alien Intersport, Ltd. (aka Alien In-Line) entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in in-line and/or ice skating. These include but are not limited to injury, serious injury and death. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

I acknowledge that I am aware that there are risks to me of exposure to directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to, by, or resulting from an outbreak of any and all communicable disease, including but not limited to, the virus “severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)”, which is responsible for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and/or any mutation or variation thereof.

Alien Intersport, Ltd. is not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen items.

By signing in the box below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Alien Intersport, Ltd. (aka Alien In-Line) Directors, Management, Staff, Instructors and Volunteers for any reason. In return, I will receive instruction or other programming or event access for in-line and/or ice skating including use of skates, safety gear and helmets if requested/provided. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

By agreeing to this waiver, I also give consent to have my photograph taken, which may be used for the purposes of advertising, promotion, and marketing for the above listed parties, and that I have no further rights to compensation for such works. I agree that the content may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified.
